Description
Two thousand years ago, some of the best wines in the world were produced and exported from vineyards located in this area. Inspired by the strong Roman presence in the region, we wanted to pay tribute to their old methods of production through an organic management of our soil, the treatment of vines and the water resource capacity, embracing a heuristic approach to this biological project. From a small vineyard of 3.5 hectares organically certified according to North American and European rules, it produces the DONA DORINDA wine.

Somos uma pequena vinha por opção. Ao longo do ano, somos capazes de gerir as nossas uvas vinha a vinha. Usamos chás orgânicos e biodinâmicos, misturas e sprays. Há uma cultura de cobertura entre as linhas e espaço extra entre cada planta para aumentar a luz solar e o ar.
