Doce Rebelde is a brand created by Nuno Araújo. Passionate and dedicated, Nuno confects biscuits and biscuits in a handmade way, recreating and perfecting traditional recipes from his municipality of choice in the Alentejo region: Vidigueira.
Nuno has also joined the creation of muesli and snacks in a traditional and artisanal way.
Vision
The search for healthy alternatives led Nuno to embark on this project and offer his clients products in an ecological and traditional version.
The handmade confection honours the control in terms of hygiene and food safety,
respecting the regulatory standards of the activity. It is with the quality of the products and the health benefits of its consumers in mind that it proposes to carry out this activity, using raw materials of ecological origin, which are becoming increasingly popular. All the organic ingredients you use are certified.
There is a clear concern with the well-being and human health, as well as with the preservation of the cultural resources of the Alentejo region.
