Description
Montaraz de Garvão is dedicated to the transformation of Alentejo's black pig.
We are a line company, we raise the pigs that we use as raw material for the production of sausages, hams and fresh or frozen black pig meat.
Our production process is characterised by the total use of black pig carcasses, the natural curing of hams and sausages and the preparation of fresh meat in cuvettes.
We have our own slicing and packaging lines using the most modern packaging and preservation technologies for delicatessen and fresh meat.
