With the care of handicraft methods from the finest virgin olive oil, milk of serpentina goats breed, beeswax and organic essential oils, PLANETALFAZEMA produces high quality natural soaps with its trademark OLIVAE, which ensure a deep cleaning and moisture of the skin. At the same time, it favours the use of native raw materials in order to contribute to the appreciation of natural resources and local economies.
The saponification process of OLIVAE soaps consists only of the combination of fatty acids (olive oil) with alkaline elements (sodium hydroxide), an ancestral knowledge attributed to Arabs still in the 13th century.
The ingredients used, such as the virgin olive and the milk of serpentina goats, a native goat breed exclusive to Portugal, and the beeswax, are of the highest quality and carefully selected in order to contribute to the promotion of local economies and the sustainability of the resources used.
Organic essential oils, which confer the various aromas on OLIVAE soaps, also come from producers who meet quality standards and are produced by distillation under a current of steam from species of the Portuguese flora. No chemicals are used to fragrance OLIVAE soaps.
