Description

This is the result of the action exerted by the fungus, thus being able to add value to rainfed land, combined with the natural fertilization of the animals that graze it.

Main features: Our Shiitake mushrooms are harvested by hand and dehydrated with temperature control (between 40⁰C and 45⁰C) and humidity, thus preserving all its nutritional components and natural organoleptic characteristics. They are then passed through a food processor in order to obtain a fine-grained powder. No dyes or preservatives are added.
