Established in 1975, the Olive Growers Agricultural Cooperative is located in Casa Branca, in the municipality of Sousel and in the middle of a geographical area traditionally linked to olive oil production since ancient times. This Cooperative was born out of the need and economic advantages arising from associations between local producers and owners of olive groves in the region, in order to defend the quality and nobility of olive oil as a sought-after element in modern and gourmet food.
